  1. Do you have severe (more than 3 months) mortgage arrears and your lender has threatened to repossess your home?
  2. Do you have court proceedings by your lender pending regarding repossession of your home?
  3. Has your lender taken court proceedings against you and set an eviction date?
  4. Have you been repossessed within the last 28 days?
