Do you have mortgage arrears to the extent that your lender is threatening repossession or has already repossessed your home?
Is your mortgage 75% or less of your property value? (eg on a £100,000 property the mortgage would need to be £75,000 or less).
- Do you have severe (more than 3 months) mortgage arrears and your lender has threatened to repossess your home?
- Do you have court proceedings by your lender pending regarding repossession of your home?
- Has your lender taken court proceedings against you and set an eviction date?
- Have you been repossessed within the last 28 days?
